Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2/3 cup skim milk (tea)
  • 2/3 of a cup of water (tea)
  • Oil for greasing
  • Strawberries and diet strawberry jam to decorate

Filling

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (tea)
  • 500g of chopped strawberries

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift the flours and salt into a bowl.
  2. Make a hole in the center, add the egg white, milk and water, little by little, mixing.
  3. Beat well with a wooden spoon until you get a bubbly mass.
  4. In a greased skillet, fry portions of the dough on both sides, forming 8 crepes.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the cornstarch dissolved in the juice over low heat, stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Add the strawberries and stir.
  7. Place portions of the filling in the center of the crepes and fold in 4.
  8. Decorate with fruit and jam and serve.

  • 1 packet of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 egg white

Filling

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 4 gems
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Roof

  • 1 box of halved strawberries (300g)
  • 1 box of strawberry-flavored gelatin powder (30g)
  • 200ml of hot water
  • 200 ml of ice water

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the biscuit, the margarine and the egg white until it forms a moist crumb.
  2. Spread it on the bottom and side in a 20cm diameter removable rim, pressing it with your fingers.
  3. Take to medium oven, preheated, for 8 minutes or until firm. Remove and book.
  4. For the filling, beat all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
  5. Pour into a pan and lead to medium fire, stirring until thickening.
  6. Let it cool, spread over the dough and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Arrange the strawberries over the filling and set aside.
  8. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and mix with ice water.
  9. Carefully pour over the strawberries and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Develop and serve.

  • 1 and 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup strawberry (chopped)
  • 1 cup condensed milk (tea)

  • 2 cups of sigh (chopped)

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.
