“Parafuzo reaffirms its commitment to building and maintaining a transparent, socially fair ecosystem capable of creating opportunities for decent work and income generation for thousands of self-employed professionals.
This commitment has been widely recognized, since 2014, by the vast majority of the more than 5,000 professional providers of domestic cleaning, ironing and furniture assembly services who use our platform, through which they obtain remuneration significantly above the national average, for the benefit of their families and communities.
This is the first year that Parafuzo is reported in the Fairwork Brasil survey and, through our dialogue and collaboration with the initiative, we were able to reinforce our commitment, seeking the continuous improvement of our policies, strengthening social protection instruments and increasing the transparency of operational processes.
In this sense, we have adopted an insurance program for personal and life accidents resulting from these accidents for all day laborers and assemblers who use the platform, we publish safety information and improve support channels in real time and ombudsman to receive and deal with concerns, complaints or suggestions, among other initiatives that are part of an ongoing project and conducted in broad dialogue with our community.
In order to further improve these results, we will continue to work in line with our social commitment, with the principles of promoting decent work and collaborating in the creation of policies that expand the social protection of service providers who use digital platforms as a means for their professional performance.”
