The New York Times reports that an online gamer is said to have published the Pentagon Papers on Ukraine information.

The leader of a small online gaming chat group that has leaked numerous classified US intelligence documents in recent months is a 21-year-old member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard’s intelligence agency, according to interviews and documents obtained by The New York Times were viewed.

The New York Times writes: “The National Guardsman, whose name is Jack Teixeira, ran a private online group called Thug Shaker Central, which brought together about 20 to 30 people, mostly young men and teenagers, to express racism because of their shared love of guns Online memes and video games met.”

Two US officials have confirmed that investigators want to speak to Teixeira about sharing government documents with the private online group. An official said Teixeira may have information relevant to the investigation.
