Mac Allister is proving to be a rising star in the Premier League
His father has previously hinted the midfielder could leave Brighton this summer as he continues to impress in the Premier League.
Apparently there will be no shortage of potential applicants, clubs have already expressed interest in a transfer.
Carlos Mac Allister, himself a former footballer, told ESPN: “Clubs are starting to call us about Alexis but there are no concrete talks at this time.
“We will decide together with Brighton, they deserve respect. We will choose the best project, also based on the coach – it’s not about money.”
Mac Allister has scored nine goals and provided two assists for Brighton in the Premier League and FA Cup this season.
His performances in the league have contributed significantly to the fact that the club is currently in 7th place in the table.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have all been linked with moves in the January transfer window.
Brighton have been able to keep their man but could face the difficult task of doing so again in the summer.
Leandro Trossard, Yves Bissouma and Marc Cucurella are former stars who have joined the top six clubs from Brighton.
It wouldn’t be a surprise if Mac Allister did the same in the coming months, especially if he continues his fine form.
