Many sources report that her main source of income for most of her life was her association with Wayans, who has an estimated net worth of over $40 million. Though they are now separated, the two still remain in touch due to their family.
Angelica grew up in New York City, and is of African-American descent, though that is as much as she’s revealed publicly, with no details about her parents, any siblings, childhood and education; even her career path has not been detailed.
She is a very private person, preferring to keep away from the spotlight even with all the attention her former husband was getting throughout their relationship. She was an budding actress before stepping out of the spotlight, with her most notable project being the film called “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka” which was intended to parody blaxpoitation films – notable actors from the era were featured in the film, including Isaac Hayes and Jim Brown, and others were Damon Wayans, Keenen Ivory Wayans, and Chris Rock.
Former Lover – Marlon Wayans
Marlon is the son of a social worker and a supermarket manager. He was born the youngest of 10 siblings, many of whom would enter the entertainment industry, becoming collectively known as the Wayans family. He attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, located in New York City. After matriculating from high school, he moved to Washington, D.C. where he enrolled at Howard University (HU).
HU is a private and historically black university, though it is open to all sexes and races while also being non-sectarian. It has been ranked among the top 40 in business school rankings.
One of his first acting projects was in the sitcom entitled “In Living Color” from 1992 to 1993, joining many of his siblings in the comedy sketch series created by his older brother Keenen Ivory Wayans. He then collaborated with Shawn Wayans for the sitcom entitled “The Wayans Bros”, staying with the show for the next four years, which also later starred John Witherspoon and Anna Maria Horsford.
Marlon’s Rise to Fame
Marlon was intended to become Robin for the film “Batman Returns”, but the role was discontinued due to the production being concerned about too many characters. He was then cast in “Batman Forever” as the character Two Face, but a change in directors eventually led to him being recast as well. He decided to start producing his own films, with one of the first being “Scary Movie”, of which he was also a writer and co-star of the parody slasher film, which spoofs multiple film genres.
The film was created a few years after the success of films such as “Scream” and “I Know What You Did Last Summer”.
In 2001, he had several projects such as “Requiem for a Dream” and “Dungeons & Dragons”. He also hosted the MTV Video Music Awards, and produced the cartoon series entitled “Thugaboo”. One of his latest projects is his own sitcom entitled “Marlon”, which is available through NBC and Netflix.

The show stars him alongside Essence Atkins, and follows a divorced couple who are forced to co-exist for the sake of their children; the show is said to be loosely based on Marlon’s own life, and has now been running for two seasons. He also launched his own YouTube Channel, and has appeared in videos of several popular internet personalities.
Personal Life and Social Media
For her personal life, it is known that Angelica and Marlon were previously in a long term relationship.
While many believed that the two were married and then divorced, Marlon has reiterated numerous times that they were never married as he never felt that marriage was for him. Despite no longer being together, they’re frequently in touch due to their children, who were both born in the early-2000s.
One of the reasons why there is very limited information about her is due to the lack of any online presence.
She doesn’t have accounts on any of the major social media websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. There are several people who share her name online, but they are not related to her in any way. Even after separation from Marlon, nothing has been revealed about her. There are no details as to why they separated, and what she is doing with her life now, including if she’s found a new partner. It likely that this will be the same for the foreseeable future, as she like’s to maintain her privacy.
