Bruce Willis entertained audiences for decades with his many exciting roles and was revered for his efforts by other major Hollywood stars who not only offered their support for the prolific action star but also made sure the world knew how great he was on film next to such a nice guy.
At TwitterSeth Green thanked for all the memorable characters Willis has played over the years and KevinSmith apologized for any less than stellar comments he had made about issues with the film “Cop Out” in the past. But the love and positive vibes didn’t stop there.
His “Glass” co-star James McAvoy even admitted that playing an opponent of Bruce Willis was an ideal experience. “It was great working with Bruce, who I had watched since I was a kid on ‘Moonlighting,'” he said in an interview with GQ. “What a nice guy. What a good guy. I’m really sad to hear that he has had to retire and I hope he is doing well and healthy and that his family is doing well.”
Director M. Night Shyamalan, who last worked with the actor on the film Glass, also responded with a few warm words to Bruce Willis’ aphasia diagnosis. “All my love and respect goes to my older brother, Bruce Willis. I know that his wonderful family surrounds him with support and strength. He will always be the hero of the poster on my wall [a] Child.”
