Now that her Disney days are behind her, she remains focused on mental health and self-care, even posting a video of herself in the bathtub for the “ultimate self-care moment.”

The former Disney Channel star has been open about her mental health and made it a priority. Recently, Tisdale decided to have the “ultimate self-care moment” by bathing and relaxing with Being Frenshe.
You can see Tisdale taking her bath which is right in front of a large glass window that gives her the perfect view while relaxing.
Being Frenshe is something Tisdale has been using for quite some time to help her with self-care and mental health. Last year, on World Mental Health Day, the former Disney star posted on Instagram about her mental health and how Being Frenshe has helped her.
“Today is #worldmentalhealthday. It’s so important that we destigmatize our struggles with our mental health support to feel supported and learn how to prioritize our wellbeing every day,” Tisdale wrote in the Instagram caption at the time. “@Frenshe and @beingfrenshe were created to do just that and this community we have grown into has helped me so much in my mental health journey and I hope it has done the same for you. We will continue to share stories and tips for anyone who needs them, without shame or overwhelm. 💕.”
Tisdale has partnered with Frenshe to help the community open up, improve and grow together. “This month we continue our conversation about mental health on Frenshe. Look for stories to help you when you’re feeling down and tips on what to say to a friend who’s struggling.”
Ashley Tisdale keeps in touch with the High School Musical cast

Ashley Tisdale was part of the popular Disney Channel Original High School Musical franchise. Also part of the main cast were Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Montez), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie) and Lucas Grabiel (Ryan Evans).
Though the cast of High School Musical haven’t been together since the third film, High School Musical 3, which debuted in 2008, Sharpay Evans says actress Ashley Tisdale they’re all still in touch.
“We’re all in different places in life, but the great thing about each and every one of them is that you can text them and say, ‘Hey, I haven’t spoken to you in so long,'” Tisdale said on a podcast. “Lucas [Grabiel] I texted each other a few weeks ago and we just chatted and it’s like time hasn’t passed.
Tisdale concluded by saying, “They’re all good people and I think we went through what was just a wild time in our lives and so I think we all kind of remember it.”
