President Biden told a crowd gathered at the White House on Friday that he has “four granddaughters” but forgot to mention his fifth illegitimate granddaughter by Hunter Biden and Lunden Roberts.
“Look, there’s a lot – a lot to be proud of and the way women’s sport has evolved is just amazing. And you change that – not only in sport. “It’s true in every area, in every single thing, and it’s really nice to see because I have four granddaughters,” Biden said during an event celebrating the LSU women’s basketball team winning the national championship.

Biden has repeatedly refused to acknowledge Hunter’s estranged four-year-old daughter when discussing his grandchildren, most recently at a Take Our Kids to Work Day event at the White House last month.
December 2022 marked the second Christmas season in a series in which the White House excluded granddaughter from a Christmas stocking presentation, and before that, in 2020, Biden incorrectly said that he and First Lady Jill Biden had five grandchildren, forgetting then-newborn Beau Biden, but that completely left out fifth granddaughter.
The stumble later forced a correction from the First Lady, who said they had six grandchildren, still ignoring the granddaughter, bringing the grandchildren total to seven.

Earlier this month, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre dismissed a reporter’s question about the granddaughter, saying she “won’t talk about it” from the podium when asked why Biden hasn’t acknowledged her yet have.
According to the New York Post, Roberts met Hunter while working as a stripper at a Washington, D.C. club while dating Hallie Biden — widow of his late brother Joseph R. “Beau” Biden III.

Roberts also reportedly wants the granddaughter to be allowed to use the Biden surname. Hunter continues are arguing against the name change as well as.
