Serious arson in Weißenfels: one injured

Unknown people burned a pile of bulky waste in Weißenfels in the Burgenland district – a woman suffered from smoke inhalation. The fire developed into a full fire on Wednesday night, the police said. It spread to the facade of a residential building and to an apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is now uninhabitable. A parked car was also damaged. The 59-year-old had slept with the window open and was taken to a hospital. Police are investigating serious arson. The amount of property damage is not yet known.
