dr Peacock gave tips on how to avoid sleep disturbances after the time change.
“Even on weekends, maintain a consistent sleep routine to regulate your body’s internal clock and improve sleep quality,” she said.
“Keep your bedroom dark, quiet and cool to create a sleep-conducive environment – you might want to consider blackout drapes or earplugs to reduce distractions while you sleep.”
