Complex care startup Memora Health raises $30 million

Memor healtha complex care management platform, secured a $30 million strategic investment led by General Catalyst with participation from Northwell Health’s venture arm Northwell Holdings, PagsGroup, NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health and others.

In addition, existing investors have Transformation Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Frist Cressey Ventures provided follow-up investments.

WHAT THEY DO

Memora Heath is an AI-enabled platform that helps providers manage complex care needs, including automated reminders, messaging, scheduling and metrics.

The funds will be used to expand the company’s platform with new healthcare systems.

All of these are critical parts of our health assurance thesis, and we look forward to working with Memora as they, along with a growing number of leading healthcare systems, reinvent the way patient care is delivered.”

In 2022 Memora health raised $40 million in grants.

The Mayo Clinic also announced a research program where the healthcare system would work with Memora Health to explore ways to expand care for postpartum patients at home.

The company has entered into numerous partnerships over the past year, including with PeriGen, the perinatal and prenatal health AI company, South Jersey Health System, Virtua Health, cancer care and research institute Moffitt Cancer Center, multidisciplinary medical group UP Medical and patient engagement platform Luma Health.
