Diana Jenkins is no longer pursuing action against the person or persons responsible for the racist bot attacks Garcelle Beauvais‘Son, Jax Nilonwas confronted in the middle of season 12 The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

After filing a lawsuit in 2022 to uncover the identity of those who bullied the teenager online, she said she hopes to “expose and hold accountable the morally bankrupt person who assaulted a child.” , Diana confirmed that she is putting an end to the case.

In her Wednesday court filing, obtained May 11 by Radar Online, Diana said after the court “raised concerns” that she was not the right person to lead the lawsuit, her team reached out to Garcelle’s attorney and asked “if she would join the lawsuit as a plaintiff.”

But while Diana “offered to pay all of her legal fees related to the lawsuit,” she received “no response from.” [Garcelle].”

Diana, who is currently pregnant, also reached out to Bravo’s parent company, NBC Universal, “and informed NBC Universal of their efforts to identify the perpetrator(s), but received no response either.”

“Given the lack of response and support, and despite having spent tens of thousands of dollars, Ms. Jenkins has determined that she cannot proceed with this litigation at this time,” her most recent filing reads. “MS. Jenkins is filing a motion to be paroled.”

According to the report, Diana was getting closer to identifying the person(s) behind the disturbing attacks on Jax before dropping her lawsuit.

“Many of the Instagram account holders had disguised their identities by using disposable email addresses and foreign phone numbers,” the lawsuit reads. “[Diana] worked with a computer forensics expert [who] identified a potential name behind one of the accounts” with IP addresses in Northern California.

There were also links to West African Ivory Coast and Mongolia. And the first and last name of a possible perpetrator was shared.

“[Despite identifying] IP address service providers such as Comcast and Verizon, [Diana] “Could not identify the individuals using the IP addresses,” Diana said in her filing.

After confirming in January that she was expecting her fourth child, the second for her fiancé, Asher MonroeDiana confirmed that she would not be there RHOBH season 13
