Dispute in the noble surrounding area escalates: SEK has to intervene

A dispute between separated spouses triggered a SEK mission in the Stormarn district at the weekend. Concerned passers-by had alerted the police after observing an “escalating dispute” in Großhansdorf.

Around 9:45 p.m. on Saturday evening, the police reported, an emergency call was received in which witnesses reported an “escalating argument between a man and a woman” on Neuer Achterkamp street. The officials initially only met the 50-year-old – there was no trace of her 54-year-old husband.

Man should own firearm

Because there were indications that the man not only owned a firearm, but had also already made “indications of possible use”, the police’s special task force (SEK) was called to search the apartment.

The man was found in his apartment in Braak and arrested for the time being – but the officers did not find a weapon. (mp)
