General Hospital Star Haley Pullos has been charged with drunk driving following her car accident and hit-and-run last month.

She was in two car accidents last month

It was about a month ago that Haley Pullos from General Hospital was arrested for involvement in a car accident while under the influence of alcohol. As TV Shows Ace reported that it was later revealed that she assaulted a firefighter and hospital staff after the car crash. In addition, it was also revealed that she had already been in a car accident that night. The soap star reportedly collided with someone and fled the scene before colliding with a second person. However, the second accident was more serious and she was unable to escape a second time.

General Hospital Fans knew that Haley Pullos took a break from the soap after a car accident. However, fans were unaware of the details of the April 29 accident. It was only a few weeks later (on May 17) that news of her first accident came.

A day later, after news broke of her arrest for drunk driving following the accident, Haley was seen her father driving her to a luxury rehab in Malibu after grabbing a quick bite at Taco Bell .

On May 19, two days after news of the original accident broke, another story surfaced, claiming it was also linked to a hit-and-run incident that is believed to have taken place shortly before the accident leading to led to her arrest for drunk driving.

General Hospital Drunk and intoxicated, Haley Pullos is sued by the victim

Accordingly TMZ, the male driver (Courtney Wilder) that Haley drove into while she was drunk and high, filed a lawsuit against her. In the lawsuit, Courtney alleges that Haley Pullos was at fault for taking him to the hospital because of her careless decisions.

In the legal document, Wilder explains that he didn’t have time to react when Haley sped the wrong way at him on the freeway. Courtney eventually collided head-on with the actress and was hospitalized in critical condition.

Also in the documents, Courtney notes that the General Hospital Star should NEVER have been behind the wheel to crash into him. Between being drunk and the fact that she was just in a car accident, Wilder believes she is solely to blame for his accident and should pay the price.

According to court records, the accident caused long-term damage to both his car and body. And he has filed a lawsuit for damages against the actress.

TMZ Although she asked a representative for Haley Pullos for comment on the lawsuit, her representative did not respond.
