Farmer Wants A Wife host Samantha Armytage says she’s “very pleased” with her matchmaking skills after revealing how many contestants have found love on the dating show.
For the new season, Sam has taken over the lead role from Natalie Gruzlewski, who continues to “co-host” the Channel 7 reality TV hit.
On Easter Monday, viewers were introduced to five new farmers vying for love in the show’s 13th season.
And we don’t have to wait to find out how many fall in love when Sam lets the cat out of the bag, which they all do.
“It’s a huge season. For the first time, all five farmers find love, so I’m very happy with my matchmaking skills,” she told New Idea.

Co-host Natalie described it as an “incredible result”.
She added: “I could see the sparks flying everywhere and I knew love was at stake. It’s the little things that give it away, like when you look at someone and an instant smile appears, reaching out a reassuring hand at the right moment.
“I sound like a broken record, but honestly it’s always exciting to see true love unfold.”

Although Natalie was demoted after hosting the show since 2007, she told the publication that she’s really looking forward to season 13.
Even at the premiere of the series on Monday, many viewers questioned the change of moderator.
Twitter was inundated with fans expressing their confusion and disappointment.
“What happened to Nat? She’s like the OG,” wrote one perplexed viewer.

‘Did they kick Nat to the side of the road because Sam wanted the job?’ wrote another viewer.
“What about Sam Armitage? Just no. Where is Nat?’ joked a third fan.
One particularly disgruntled fan wrote, “Gosh, I’d be upset if I signed up as wife or farmer and @sam_armytage showed up as the host instead of the #Stunning and #Personable @NatGruz.”
Within the first 15 minutes of the show, Natalie could only be seen in several frames interviewing previous couples, while Samantha was featured heavily as she introduced each of the show’s new contestants.
