Stuttgart-Degerloch. New sushi dishes and traditional Asian dishes are available here. The newly opened restaurant is committed to “fine dining”, where you can eat really elegantly. They want to offer an oasis of calm with exotic Asian dishes and cool, casual gin drinks. Everything in a modern ambience with a service that still looks like service. Really smartly dressed and super polite, as a guest you almost feel like a VIP here.

Soups, salads, tapas, sushi (15 different variations!), maki and much more are on the huge menu (around 100 dishes in total!). This suggests that not everything comes fresh. In addition, the combination of gin and sushi is also very daring. One has the feeling that the local operators have simply picked up and combined two trends from the gastro scene. Whether that works remains to be seen…
