Jeremy Renner is back on the carpet!
Though he’s still recovering from the snowplow incident, the Marvel Cinematic Universe star looked better than expected on Tuesday’s red carpet debut. He was surrounded by family, friends and supporters at the event in Los Angeles, where he gave interviews and posed for photos.
Makes his first appearance on the red carpet following his near-fatal accident
Less than four months after he was crushed by his seven-ton snowplow on New Year’s Day while trying to free his nephew’s car at his home in Reno, Nevada, Renner has returned to the Hollywood scene. He showed up at his “Rennervations” premiere looking dapper in a deep blue suit, matching tie and white inner shirt.
At the event, held at the Regency Village Theatre, the 52-year-old walked with a cane in his right hand and held his daughter Ava Berlin’s cane in his left. He alternately used the cane and a knee scooter while zipping down the carpet, and at one point gave the paparazzi a thumbs-up.

The Hawkeye star first uploaded a one-of-a-kind snap of the carpeted runway to his Instagram Storywriting in the accompanying text overlay, “Rocking the blue carpet tonight!!!! Ready for this amazing event.”
In the Disney+ series, which aired April 12, the ’28 Weeks Later’ actor teams up with ‘expert builders’ to transform large decommissioned vehicles into community spaces for young people around the world including Nevada, Chicago , India and Mexico , Chicago.
The show would also feature familiar faces from his circle such as Anthony Mackie, Vanessa Hudgens, Anil Kapoor, Sebastián Yatra and his best friend, boyfriend Rory Millikin. As I recently spoke to PEOPLEAddressing his friend’s mood as he continues to build his physical strength after the accident, Millikin revealed that the actor “carries this burden very heroically.”
“His mood is great. It is bolstered by family and friends who have been wonderful. You hear that, it sounds cheesy; thanks for all the fan support but it actually had a huge impact on him,” the producer further informed the outlet.
Evidence of that support can be seen in the comments section of the Instagram post he used to alert his more than 20 million followers to the official premiere date of Rennervations last month.
“Hey Renner, are you alright?! How’s your recovery?” one fan asked before instructing him to “get better soon and make a 100% recovery”. Per The BlastA second person hoped he was healthy enough to take part in the renovation series. “Jeremy, don’t rush, focus on recovering, we’ll wait for you as long as you need. Blessings to you and your family!!” a third supporter rang.

Renner has been vigorously pushing through physical therapy since breaking over 30 bones and undergoing some surgeries after the Jan. 1 snowplow accident. He has updated his followers and fans on social media about his recovery process, earning even more respect and praise.
The Record Street Music, Inc. president wows fans with a late-night talk show appearance
The ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ star, who was initially left in “critical but stable condition,” has no problem accepting beatings for his near-death experience. In fact, Kimmel quipped during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, “If there was any question about who was the toughest Avenger, that’s settled now.”
The two-time Oscar nominee took the stage with a cane when the show’s host dubbed him “the indestructible Jeremy Renner.” He then headed to the couch to kickstart his conversation with Kimmel, according to the two men’s joint Instagram post.
Amid the unmistakable camaraderie, The Blast noted that several followers flocked to the post’s comments section to praise Renner for his impressive progress. “great to see you healing and progressing. You are an inspiration and a real superhero,” wrote one netizen.
Another person said it was “great to see him pacing,” and a third agreed, “He’s a real superhero. He is coming out of this situation with a lot of strength and support from his family and friends.”
Meanwhile, a fourth fan prayed that the Modesto Junior College alum “continues to heal from it, both physically and emotionally.”
