It’s been reported that Kate, Princess of Wales, eats a green smoothie packed with vitamins and nutrients for breakfast every morning. Her favorite healthy drink is believed to contain kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine lettuce and blueberries. Discussing the benefits of the green smoothie, former royal nutritionist Jennifer Hanway said it can help “achieve better skin”.
The nutritionist explained: “You can spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on skin treatments, products and facials but if you don’t eat right you will never reap the benefits because we quite literally are who we are .” eat.

The queen could enjoy the drink first thing in the morning, blending “kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine lettuce and blueberries into a delicious blend that helps her maintain a natural glow and healthy skin,” they explained.
