Kim Kardashian’s shared TikTok account with daughter North West was temporarily shut down Thursday amid news that the nine-year-old is taking a break from social media.
The social media site posted a message reading “This account could not be found” for about an hour Thursday, prompting speculation that the celebrity family had taken it down.
An insider close to the reality TV family told TMZ that nine-year-old North was behind the decision to temporarily delete the account, which had 15.5 million followers under the @kimandnorth name.
“North has been more interested in focusing her creativity on other areas lately and is taking a break from TikTok,” a source told the outlet. “Like most kids, interests change often, so she may come back tomorrow—or never.”
