On her Instagram Stories, the fitness trainer shared a photo of herself relaxing by the pool. She wears a tiny brown drawstring bikini that goes perfectly with her sun-kissed tan. Her long hair is tied back behind her as she gazes out at the pool through her sunglasses and prepares to take a bite out of a fries she is holding to her lips.
“French fries happen. More on threads,” she wrote in the bottom left corner of the photo. Senada shared a lot of content in threads, along with a caption explaining her take on food and moderation.
“Sometimes fries happen! What are your favorite fries?” She asked her followers, adding, “I don’t believe in an all-or-nothing approach. Everything in moderation. Some things are more moderate than others but still allow for the things you love. This is how I achieved sustainable results.”
“When I used to restrict myself, I started binge eating. Once I allowed the things I love, I never yo-yoed again.”

In another shot, Senada snapped a selfie lounging by the pool in her tiny bikini. “Follow me on threads,” she wrote in the top left corner of the photo, which she also posted to the platform.
“What do you do to/can you fully relax?” She asked her followers before admitting, “Relaxing isn’t my forte…I’m working on it.”
“Ever since I was a kid, I was taught to be productive and not waste time,” she continued. “The need to perform and produce still haunts me to this day. But while the need to be productive has helped me succeed, it also brings with it a lot of unnecessary anxiety and robs you of the now.”
“Your (and mine) task for today: Relax and be in the NOW!” she added. “Imagine your whole body softening. Feel your surroundings with every cell in your body.”
Senada Greca always leaves room for dessert!
fries AND cake? In another photo, Senada shared a photo of her holding a delicious dessert tray filled with a wide variety of sugary candies.
“If I was home and not wearing that dress, I’d get that dessert plate dirty…” she wrote in the caption, before sharing a video of how much she’d eaten.
“It still went wrong,” she wrote alongside a photo of the dessert tray.
It looks like she’s tried a bit of everything, although the huge stack of chocolate cakes looks mostly untouched.
Senada shares her healthy habits!
Senada has been using threads to share her healthy lifestyle habits with her followers since the platform launched last week!
“Good morning. How do you start your day?” she asked in one post. “Before coffee, I do my best to have a non-sugary green juice first, like celery and lemon juice,” she wrote. “I avoid drinking coffee as soon as you wake up (ideally I wait about 1.5 hours, but that’s not always the case).”
“Waiting to have coffee helps reset circadian rhythms for better sleep and maximize energy,” she added.
Although fans would love to see Senada’s bikini body, she’s not catching on to the beach body trend and is developing healthy habits that she follows year-round.

Keeping track of your exercise and diet is a lifetime commitment to not just living longer, but living QUALITY.
