A source told MailOnline at the time that the partnership, which saw Ekin-Su launch her first-ever collection last October followed by a massive launch party, “didn’t work out” and the Dancing On Ice star’s range was struggling , Oh Polly’s customers to address Base.

“Ekin-Su and Oh Polly have split up,” a source revealed.

“It’s complicated at the moment and Ekin-Su will not publicly comment on the end of her collaboration with the brand, but there will be no further collaboration.”

A bidding war ensued around Ekin, who won the Love Island vote by a landslide, with several brands interested in monetizing her villa stay.

PrettyLittleThing signed runners-up Gemma Owen and Indiyah Polak, while Tasha Ghouri became the brand ambassador for Love Island sponsor eBay.

In August, Ekin inked a £1million deal with Oh Polly in what became “the biggest clothing store in Love Island history”.

She released a collection with the brand and celebrated her deal with a huge party at London’s One Marylebone, attended by Sam Thompson, Zara McDermott, Antigoni Buxton and many of her Love Island co-stars.

After amassing over 3.2 million Instagram followers, Ekin also signed partnerships with beauty brands B Perfect Cosmetics and Beauty Works and became the islander from the 2022 series to star in Dancing On Ice.

Ekin became the third contestant to be voted off the ITV show after causing controversy with her debut.

The Turkish reality star shocked viewers with her seductive rendition of Britney Spears’ track Toxic, in which she recreated her famous villa moment as she crawled across the terrace on her hands and knees while wearing a see-through rhinestone outfit.

Over 100 fans complained to OfCom, Judge Oti Mabuse later defended Ekin and a woman’s right to be sexy.

MailOnline contacted Ekin-Su and Oh Polly’s spokesperson for comment.

Despite the pressure on their relationship as last year’s Love Island winning couple, Ekin-Su and Davide have defied the odds and only going from strength to strength.

In an interview celebrating Valentine’s Day, Ekin-Su explained that her fans often doubt the authenticity of their romance when they forget to post on social media, but prefer to keep some things private.

She told Fabulous magazine: “Our relationship is between two people, not the world. We don’t have to prove to anyone that we’re real.

“I believe the less you show on social media, the healthier the relationship.”
