Luke Combs kisses his pregnant wife tenderly on the red carpet at the ACM Awards in Texas

Country superstar Luke Combs beamed alongside his pregnant wife Nicole as they arrived at the 58th Academy Of Country Music Awards at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas on Thursday.

The 33-year-old singer, who gave birth to a baby boy on Father’s Day last year, looked gorgeous in a navy plaid suit with a white pocket square over a black button-down shirt.

Nicole – who married ‘Beautiful Crazy’ hitmaker in 2020 – shone in a fringed rhinestone dress and matching sky-high heels.

Her Blonde tresses were parted to the side and flowed down her shoulders in elegant curls.

Luke placed a hand on his wife’s growing baby bump as they posed together on the red carpet.

The happy couple has an 11-month-old boy named Tex Lawrence.

Luke and Nicole first met in 2016 while attending the Key West Songwriters Festival and began dating soon after.

In 2018, hitmaker The Love You Anyway popped the big question and the two got engaged.

Two years later, in August 2020, the couple tied the knot during a romantic ceremony in Florida.

During a previous interview on Absolute Country Radio, according to Taste of Country, Luke spoke about what kind of father he wanted to be and how much he wishes he could have family traveling with him in the future.

“I’d like to have them out as much as they want, as much as they can,” he explained.

“You know, I think that’s important. I don’t want to be a dad who isn’t there, or the dad you see on TV who’s like, ‘Oh, that’s my dad and that’s where he is today I think,’ the star added. “Family is important to me.” “I’d like to be the guy who throws the football to them.”

Luke released his latest album Gettin’ Old on March 24 and kicked off his world tour, which will total 36 dates in March.

In addition to performing in the United States, Combs will also give concerts in countries such as Australia, Switzerland, Great Britain and also Sweden. The tour is expected to end in London on October 20th.

Combs was one of four artists, along with Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert and Cole Swindell, to receive an impressive five nominations.

The top award for Entertainer of the Year goes to Combs, Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood or Morgan Wallen.

Country fans rejoice as the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards airs tonight at 8pm ET/5pm PT.

The ACMs will be streamed from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, and viewers at home can watch them on Amazon Prime Video – even without a subscription – as well as on Twitch’s Amazon Music Channel.

Two country superstars whose appeal transcends genre boundaries – Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks – will host the ceremony.

“While I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with him over the years, I can’t believe we never had a chance to work together,” Parton gushed about Brooks in a statement he released after she announced as the host became.

Unfortunately, fans probably won’t be able to see the legendary entertainers in a duet, although Parton will perform anyway.

Back on stage: On Saturday, March 25, the singer also starts his 2023 world tour, which includes a total of 36 dates; to be seen at the 2023 Grammys in Los Angeles in February

‘I find [Brooks’ wife] trisha [Yearwood] will also be on the show, so I figured I wouldn’t mess with that,” Parton joked to reporters at a press event. “I don’t want her kicking my little butt!”

HARDY leads the nominations this year with seven nominations, while Lainey Wilson is just behind with six nominations.

Wallen found himself in controversy in 2021 after he was caught on video shouting the N-word while drunk. In response, his record deal was suspended and some radio stations stopped playing his music, while streaming services removed his songs from playlists.

However, country fans responded to his racial slur by buying his 2021 album Dangerous: The Double Album in even larger numbers.

Lambert is the person who has received the most awards at the ACM Awards, and with her 17th nomination this year, she broke the record for most Female Artist of the Year nominations, surpassing Reba McEntire’s 16.

Performers at Thursday’s ceremony include Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Jo Dee Messina, Jelly Roll, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban, Morgan Wallen, The War And Treaty, and Lainey Wilson Bailey Zimmerman.

He’s best known for his hit pop songs, but Ed Sheeran will also bring his smooth sound to the gritty show.

For her performance, Parton will debut “World On Fire,” the first song from her upcoming album, Rockstar.

The cover LP is a departure for her, marking her first rock album and inspired by her 2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination and subsequent induction.
