Pop-up “Arizona Hotdogs” with the first branch in Germany
We spoke to founder Lauren Pettoru. The dog shop already has 26 branches in France. Here you will find colorful and practical accessories for four-legged friends.

Ludwigsburg.
“We want to stay here permanently,” Arizona Hotdogs founder Lauren Pettoru tells me. She is from Paris and met her husband there, who is German. “We both have a fondness for dogs and have decided to turn our hobby into a job,” the shop owner tells me. In Ludwigsburg they are now trying to gain a foothold in Germany. More branches are to follow. “People are enthusiastic about our colorful and practical things for the dog. More joie de vivre for four-legged friends and their owners.”
The shop has been at Kirchstraße 21 in Ludwigsburg’s pedestrian zone for a month and a half now. The pop-up store (= short-term shop) is secured until the end of June. After that you have to get out of here. “But we have a chance to come back in October,” Lauren tells me. You really want to stay in Ludwigsburg. Then they also want to offer accessories for cats. Here in Kirchstrasse, the dog owners smash the owner’s door.
For example, there are colorful dog bandanas for the dog. “It makes the dogs look twice as cute,” says the reporter, who is a passionate animal lover. There are also dog bow ties (like ties) to tie around.
Also dog biscuits, bags for dog walkers, in which you can put tennis balls and snacks. Of course wonderfully colorful as you know it from France. Incidentally, “Arizona” was the name of one of Lauren’s bitches.
The beloved four-legged friend unfortunately passed away at the age of 12. As always, more information about the cool shop online: Arizona Hotdogs | Schwieberdingen | Facebook
