New batch of salary allowance of up to R$ 1,320 starts to be paid next week

On June 15, the Federal Government will make available the payment of a new batch of PIS/Pasep salary bonus. This time, the beneficiaries will be private sector workers born in September and October, along with public servants who have a Pasep registration number ending in 6 or 7.

The amount of the benefit will be up to R$ 1,320, equivalent to the current minimum wage. PIS is intended for workers in the private sector, with payment made by Caixa Econômica Federal. Pasep, for public servants, will be passed on by Banco do Brasil. However, data regarding the number of workers who will be entitled to the benefit in June have not yet been released.

It is important to point out that workers who received up to two monthly minimum wages, on average, throughout the year 2021. In addition, it is necessary to have registered with the PIS or Pasep for at least five years.

Payments will be made according to established schedules. The amount to be received varies according to the number of months worked in the base year of the transfer, which in this case is 2021. Thus, each month worked corresponds to an amount of R$ 110, which is the minimum to be received for the allowance . Periods equal to or greater than 15 days are considered as a full month.

On the other hand, those who worked with a formal contract throughout 2021 are entitled to the full benefit, estimated at the current minimum wage, i.e. R$ 1,320. The transfers are being carried out according to the established calendars to guarantee payment to all the workers contemplated.

  • End 2 registration number: from April 17 (paid);
  • Final registration number 3: from April 17 (paid);
  • Final registration number 4: from May 15th (paid);

  • Final registration number 6: from June 15;
