As every year, there are exciting innovations at the Wasen. The Fortress Tower convinces with a gigantic castle backdrop.

Bad Cannstatt. From April 22nd to May 14th the 2nd spring festival will take place after the Corona break. A new attraction for adrenaline junkies is the “Fortress Tower” free fall tower. Adults pay eight euros for a wild flight here, for children it costs six euros.

The TÜV has tested and approved it. It is braked with magnets, so absolutely safe, at least according to the press officer of the Fortress Tower. A large castle backdrop in the background creates a great atmosphere during the free fall…

Incidentally, the organizers have tried to keep the prices for the rides low: One ride up high on the Ferris wheel and enjoying the view over Stuttgart is eight euros for adults and six euros for children. The Ferris wheel has 42 gondolas, each of which can fit up to six people.

You should have a head for heights for the Cannstatt Wave Flight. A ride on the carousel costs four euros. Here our video:
