Rick Ross burns evil spirits on his estate with Capleton Classic

Rick Ross was in his Jamaican mood this morning as he announced his controversial auto show is still going on.

The Biggest Bawse made it a point to be happy even while driving on his Promise Land Estate, a massive property he owns in Fayetteville, GA, just outside of Atlanta. Rick Ross shared a clip of himself in the woods behind his mansion, where he often goes for a walk to clear his head, but this time he decides to set fires to fight off evil spirits.

“When de evil spirits na work,” Rozay wrote, while reggae legend Capleton’s classic “That Day Will Come” plays in the background. “Big belly, my god, blessed.”

Rick Ross, too, channeled his inner Jamaican as he danced on the dirt road in his wooded backyard. He also shared a clip of himself driving around his estate in a golf cart and revealed that production of his car show is well underway.

“It’s a beautiful day driving through the Promise Land Estate, not much to do,” said Rozay. “I’ve got Jeremy, my big bro, my raunchy bro, coming in. We got the team to wipe these cars down between the door jams, the trunks, the hood and all the details so you all know I’m here in my Jamaican mood.” Tomorrow. Rastafari!”

As XXL Mag reported on Tuesday, county government officials denied Rick Ross permission for his car and bike show. The rap mogul hosts the annual event that attracts thousands of car enthusiasts from around the world. Some come to look at the cars, others to present their vintage cars.

According to the Fayette County Planning and Zoning Commission, the auto show “is not in accordance with the Fayette County Zoning Ordinance.”

The move comes a month after Rick Ross’ neighbors reportedly complained to county officials, urging them not to let the event go ahead. Some neighbors say they were barred from entering or leaving their neighborhoods for up to an hour during last year’s event.

Meanwhile, Rick Ross had a great time in Jamaica last month, performing at the Sandz and taking a few days off to enjoy the island. The Maybach Music Group rapper visited some local favorites, including local beaches and rafting, as well as some local seafood restaurants in St. Ann.
