Simone Biles goes all white for a lavish bridal shower

Fans of the extraordinary Simone Biles are counting down to her wedding anniversary as she exchanges vows with her soulmate Jonathan Owens.

The bride-to-be has been in prep mode since getting engaged last February, hosting events as her big day approaches.

One such occasion was a recent extravagant bachelorette party held in February, now followed by a swooned bridal shower that no doubt blew her mind.

The 25-year-old felt “so loved and blessed,” as she expressed in the caption, adding a list of thanks to those responsible for the event’s success.

As seen in the pictures, the ceremony was all white, with the woman of the hour looking exquisite in a floor-length, fitted halterneck dress, paired with matching strappy heels and jewellery.

The first slide gave a full look at the star of the day as she grinned and lifted a champagne flute while her loose tresses cascaded around her shoulders. Several white balloons were captured in the background with complementary decor showing the theme of the event and “Simone Owens”.

In subsequent slides, viewers saw more of the shower’s decorations, mainly a bunch of white balloons and furniture. In some, Biles posed with loved ones, and one shows her holding a three-tiered white cake. Her followers were quick to flood the comments with sweet remarks, including one who gushed, “THE dreamiest bridal shower ever.”

A second fan wrote: “Most beautiful bride Evaaaa,” while a third was mesmerized by the lovely touches of the shower. Similarly, one commenter dubbed the topic “dope as hell,” while a fifth commenter was completely in love with Biles’ dress.

The gymnast not only ended her trash with her feed, but moved on to her stories, dropping three more highlights including one the cocktail bar with some white balloons, a menu and two cylindrical stools of the same color.

Another story post featured the party’s cake on a veiled surface and captioned “Bride to be.” And in the third updateBiles was snapped from behind, barefoot on artificial grass and dancing with his hand raised.

With wedding plans for Biles and Owens in full swing, the couple bought a piece of property together in a quiet neighborhood, which the gymnast unsurprisingly shared on Instagram.

Biles uploaded three pictures, one of which shows her and her fiancé posing together at the excavated property. Owens wrapped his arms around her neck and kissed the lobe of her ear.

IOn the second slide, the American football player turned the camera back and stared at the horizon, while the last showed only the cleared land.

“A home is made with love and dreams,” Biles captioned the adorable post, adding, “Cheers to the groundbreaking.” Of course, fans were quick to drop nice remarks, including Owens, who exclaimed, “So excited!!!!” and added a red heart emoji.
