Rihanna buys Southern California’s most expensive condo for $21 million

As they prepare to welcome their latest addition, Rihanna has made some big purchases. Accordingly Daily MailThe Fenty billionaire recently purchased a stunning 40th-floor penthouse in the same building where she also owns a 3,500-square-foot, three-bedroom home.

Per architecture digest, The new penthouse is 9,290 square feet with four bedrooms and six and a half baths, more than twice the size of her previous home.

The property, originally listed at $28 million, was no match for Rihanna’s bargaining skills as she was able to secure the property for $21 million, which is $600,000 less than what the previous owner, Afterpay co-founder, paid Nick Molnar paid for it in 2021.

As reported by the LA times, The lavish pad’s price tag of $21.6 million makes it the most expensive condo sale in Southern California since 2015.
