Swimming World Championships 2023: Dates & Schedule


The 2023 World Swimming Championships will be held in Fukuoka, Japan. Here are the dates and the schedule – is there a broadcast on free TV or stream?

The international swimming elite is challenged again this summer. At the 2023 World Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, from July 14 to 30, 2023 (local time), the champions will be determined in open water and pools. The sports venues are Marine Messe Fukuoka, Fukuoka Prefectural Pool and Seaside Momochi Beach Park. There are medals in five disciplines: pool swimming, open water swimming, water polo, diving and synchronized swimming. When will which distances be swum? Swimming World Cup 2023: Is there a broadcast on free TV or stream?

The enthusiasm of German TV stations with regard to the broadcast of the competitions at the 2023 World Swimming Championships is apparently limited. This may also be due to the time difference, which is usually unfavorable for Germany.
