According to a survey by KPMG-UK, 46% of people want their company to demonstrate commitment to ESG metrics. Among those most interested in adapting companies to sustainability issues are the younger generations, who will feel the impacts of climate change more directly.

Data from another survey, this time from the Global Student Outlook Report, indicate that 87% of young people entering the job market said that being able to make a positive contribution to society and the environment is an important part of their career choice.
