In a traffic accident on Wednesday
a 31-year-old pedelec rider was seriously injured at the Wagrainäcker tram stop. The 31-year-old got off the tram at around 9:45 p.m., which was heading towards Münster. When he got on his pedelec next to the tram that was starting up again and drove off, he fell and got his foot between the train and the platform. Rescue workers took the seriously injured man to a hospital. The damage is estimated at several thousand euros.
