After a dispute with a cyclist, a driver is said to have slightly injured the woman in Worms with the car – and then continued driving. The argument on Friday was about the man driving behind the cyclist with too little safety distance, the police said.

Both then waited at a pedestrian crossing. When the car finally pulled away, it hit the woman in the thigh, causing her to fall to the ground, it said. The driver continued his journey “unimpressed”. There are several witnesses to the incident. The Worms police are asking for information on 0641 8520.
