Last Friday, the Chinese government’s special envoy for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, arrived in Moscow. The top diplomat from the People’s Republic thus ended his almost two-week trip to Europe, which was viewed critically or negatively in the capitals of the EU and NATO countries.
